About
My Story
I started taking scenic and landscape pictures in 2009. I was newly remarried to my soul mate and my two children were still so little. I wanted to captured our day outings, vacations, all the memories I could. The best thing I really enjoyed were our road trips. I love the natural beauty that can be found.
As cameras came out with better quality resolution , I became more and more interested with learning new techniques and editing styles. I wanted to capture everything.
As a military spouse and have gone through three deployments, a normal 9 to 5 job was difficult with school aged children.
My children/ family come first above everything else. So how was I going to help my husband tackle our finances while being home taking care of the children who were turning into teens and tweens?
Well after 10 years of being a hobby photographer,
I finally took that leap of faith and I started my own business.
My husband has been my biggest cheerleader. Jerret, is my lovely assistant, business manager, and my bodyguard. So if you see him hanging with me, my husband wears a hat of many trades.
It has been such a blessing meeting new families, seeing so many smiles and bringing joy to others. They allow me to enter into their lives for a small portion of the day to capture moments for a life time. I look forward meeting you.
My Experience
Whether I am shooting a portrait for families to cherish or an event for our city, you can rely on me every time. 10+ years of hobby experience and 3+ years professional experience.
I am a member of our local cities chamber of commerce . I have taken images for a State Senator's campaign photos, city events, business ribbon cutting ceremonies and so much more. Please check out my reviews, they speak for themselves.
My Photos
I am experienced with many locations and photography styles. The photograph style may differ from assignment to assignment, but my commitment to quality and craft is unwavering. If there is a certain look the client is after I am happy to capture that. I may ask upon photo session what someone may prefer. It ultimately depends on the images. I pick the best ones that represent my talent to give to the clients. Any extra photos are available to purchase separately for $10 each.
